Position Title: Inside Sales Representative
Experience Required: Telesales, telemarketing, lead generation and lead qualification
Educational Requisites: Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Professional Requisites: Minimum of 2 years inside sales experience
Job Description :
This position will report to the Sales Manager and the primary responsibility is to qualify and close new prospects throughout the US and Canada. This position may also require managing existing accounts.
Position requirements :
- Outbound calling (40 to 50 calls per day) to database prospects, prospective customer lists and call campaigns in support of sales events, and other marketing activities
- Ability to grasp technology service solutions and maintain an understanding of our marketplace including competitors
- Ability to identify and document prospect's needs, expectations and priorities
- Excellent and professional qualification and follow up on leads from web site, advertising and trade shows
- Ability to manage existing customers and assist sales manager in responding to customer request
Required skills:
- 2-4 years of inside sales experience
- Knowledge of CRM Systems (Salesforce.com a plus) and maintain and update records in CRM system
- Proven track record of successful telephone and in person sales
- Proven computer (Excel, Power Point and Word) and organizational skills
- Good understanding of Internet technologies
- Strong written and verbal skills a must
- Sales training or solution selling training a plus
- Experience in classified ad sales or online advertising sales a strong plus
- Ability to work in a fast pace, changing business environment
