You"ll use your passion, technical expertise and strong problem solving skills to develop the most engaging social applications that provide the best user experience, software infrastructure for our platform, enhance our existing core services, and implement key components of our product roadmap.
 
This role presents unique challenges from making a complex process intuitive and easy to use for both consumers and enterprises, to designing/developing cutting edge social recruiting applications, widgets and third-party integrations.

• Create, communicate and execute a vision and strategy for Front End design and development
• Work well in a user-centered agile development process by collaborating with the UX, Product teams and engineering team members to drive our platform  towards the next generation
• Develop dynamic and intuitive interfaces for web-based application using JavaScript, AJAX and popular frameworks such as JQuery, or Dojo or EXTJS
• Develop JavaScript libraries, components and widgets
• Innovate new features as well as provide improvement to our existing application

What you bring:

• 3- 10 years of experience developing Web apps for large consumer websites
•  Expert level experience on JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, and one of the frameworks JQuery / YUI/ EXTJS
•  Working knowledge of Java / JSP or PHP
• Self-starter who can get things done in an emerging, high-growth Company
• Knowledge of Web 2.0 and cutting edge Open Source technologies
• Wii Tennis and Golf experts, a plus 

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
