• Administrative Support Staff
  
  This full-time position supports McREL's Pacific Center for Changing the Odds, an educational research and consultancy organization.  Our Honolulu-based team provides research and services to schools and districts in the Pacific region.
• Principal Researcher or Evaluator
  
  Participates as a member of a team - and leading research and evaluation projects - in the Pacific region. Acquires, maintains, and manages a portfolio of research work led by the VP of the Pacific Center for Changing the Odds (PCCO). Assists internal program staff through leadership, mentoring, and technical consultation. This position is officed in Honolulu, Hawaii and requires frequent travel throughout the region.

• Grant-Writing Associate/Researcher
  
  We are a small team looking for a talented person who can understand vision and strategies of the organization and work with the director and program staff to optimize those strategies. This position requires the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously in order to provide critical assistance to institutional development efforts.
• Sr. Director Institutional Development
  
  Provides expertise, grant-writing skills, and leadership to the institutional development efforts of McREL.  Identifies new business opportunities, cultivates relationships with partners and funders, and generates revenue to contribute to the organization's long-term financial growth and stability.
  
  The Sr. Director helps create and implement opportunities to capitalize on McREL's history as a successful nonprofit research and development organization.
