We're looking for smart Customer Sales Associate and sales-savvy people who are very comfortable on the phone supporting our customers during their decision-making and servicing processes. A background in an industry such as online education, home security sales, insurance sales, mortgage sales, financial planning or any industry where one-on-one consulting is important is an asset.
- Provide above and beyond customer sale and service that delivers
- Use your confidence, our process, trained product knowledge, listening and persuasive skills to understand and successfully communicate with each customer
- Place customer orders with the highest regard to consumer satisfaction and experience
- Requires strong interpersonal, sales and servicing skills and excellent communication with a varied population. This role also requires an outgoing personality that thrives in a fast paced, production-oriented environment
- Personable, open to learning, collaborate well with others and have a positive attitude, and are more apt to say 'yes' or 'we'll try' (rather than 'no' or 'that's impossible') will be at the top of our list
- Excellent phone skills -- ability to build rapport and engage clients while not being rude or pushy
- Extremely flexible and enjoy a 'startup' mentality and environment that changes day to day.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Computer savvy
- 3+ years call center experience
- 2+ Consumer goods retail experience is a plus
- High School diploma required; college degree preferred
- Detail oriented with superior time-management skills, while responding well to team or corporate goals
- Able to work under pressure and handle stressful situations
