Eveo has upcoming openings for an Account Executive with our dynamic Bay Area Account Services team. We are looking for people with interactive/ rich media experience. The ideal candidate will have Agency and Pharmaceutical experience as well. This is not a sales position.

Position Overview:
The Account Executive will work with members of the Account Services Team in serving as key advocates for our clients and be the a liaison between the client and Eveo's Production Team. S/he will work directly with several clients on key accounts/ projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist Account Services team in:

Account Development
  • Recognizes client needs and relates these to work/project plans
  • Ensures that all project deliverables meet client expectations and align with marketing strategy
  • Maintains an excellent relationship between Eveo and the client with the ultimate goal of generating new business and leveraging existing business
  • Oversees project strategy and owning deliverables
  • Provides effective external communication on project status, timelines and project updates
  • Is responsible for understanding and applying Eveo standards for the appropriate use and care of client and internal data as appropriate to your role and position within the company
Internal Relationships/Management
  • Maintaining project timelines and tactical implementation of digital projects including mobile Apps, websites, interactive programs and videos
  • Communicating client strategy, insights, and objectives to internal production teams for tactical implementation
Strategic and Creative Development
  • Provide insights in new channels of social media, mobile and online tactics for each brand
  • Applying strategic insight and judgment to all account projects
  • Providing assistance to developing brand strategy and new ideas for creative implementation
  • Constructively evaluating creative implementation
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Minimum years of experience: 2 years of professional agency/marketing experience
  • Education:  Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field
  • Interactive agency experience – preferably with a pharmaceutical/medical focus, or for other regulated industries
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office. Excel and PowerPoint fluency
  • Experience in database management
  • Experience managing and/or building and developing optimized websites and mobile apps (iOS, Android, and Windows mobile)
  • Adept in Social Media with a solid understanding of the larger media landscape
  • Ability to analyze/synthesize business data
  • Proven ability to prepare client ready email and materials by contextualizing data and information provided by team and client
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong analytical and tactical skills
  • Ability to self-manage projects and work within time deadlines
  • Adept at identifying potential problems and developing recommended solutions to review with their Account Supervisor/Management Supervisor
  • A high-level of attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit that translates into wearing many hats for maximum exposure to digital marketing
  • Previous success in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a wide variety of professional staff from varied disciplines and backgrounds
  • Passionate about emerging media
  • Local candidates preferred
