Customer Service/Billing Specialist

Customer Service | Plano, TX

  • Perform consultative sessions on inbound calls from existing clients to discuss payment options, process payments, payment date changes, update client information/records and refunds
  • Ensure customer retention in program
  • Maintaining client (new and existing) information utilizing software and databases
  • Provide information, support and counseling to clientele in a professional manner
  • Meet or exceed quota based performance metrics
  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships
  • Ensure client satisfaction
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Two years of experience in a phone intensive customer service environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and teambuilding skills
  • Must be a self-starter, adaptable to new concepts and exhibit a strong initiative
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and decision-making under pressure
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Strong sense of urgency and time management skills including a strong work ethic and results oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office
