Duties and Functions:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • High volume data entry
  • Interpreting and proof reading incoming mail and electronic faxes containing complex client information
  • Coding documents accurately and timely to appropriate client account
  • Updating and maintaining current client information in database
  • Consistently maintains accurate and organized records in a timely fashion 
  • Establishes effective working relationships with other employees
  • Verify Underwriting Guidelines are adhered to
Requirements and skill assessment:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in data entry and/or document processing
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Quality Assurance
  • Proven experience in high production/high volume environment
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Experience in handling sensitive/confidential documents
  • High speed and accuracy in10 key by touch
  • Fast and accurate alpha and numeric data entry
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self motivated
  • Positive attitude
  • Adaptable and flexible to change
  • Quick learner
  • Strong work ethic
