Sr. Account Manager

You'll be a great Sr. Account Manager if:

What you’ll get to do all day:

  • Lead the team to deliver service excellence
  • Provide consultative leadership with clients following campaign launch
  • Design sustainable campaign strategies based on client business objectives
  • Coordinate with accounts team to ensure flawless campaign execution and performance that exceeds client goals
  • Partner with the analytics team to present innovative insights to clients using Triggit’s proprietary reporting tools
  • Provide product feedback to engineering team
  • Use critical thinking and analysis to discover growth opportunities and to resolve business obstacles
  • Guide a team of Account Managers
  • Maintain a productive and proactive relationship with clients following campaign launch


  • 100% self-motivated. Drive is extremely important in this role, and this is something you’ll need to demonstrate throughout the application and interview process
  • 2-3 years consulting experience
  • 1-3 years managing and leading a team
  • Able to define and communicate the Accounts vision
  • Ability to influence internal and external members at all levels of the organization
  • Capacity to craft, articulate and influence adoption of strategies
  • Ability to work hands-on to deliver training and to configure and troubleshoot our products and integration platform
  • Outstanding project management and organization skills
  • Excellent analytical capabilities and deep experience with excel modeling
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills and deep experience creating senior-level presentations
  • Business school is a plus
