Compensation is composed of base salary, as well as monthly bonuses and commission. Our Account Managers earn $40,000 - $100,000+/yr based on their performance. Job Summary

PrintGlobe Account Managers understand the importance of negotiating within a competitive marketplace, and can overcome objections using logic and ethical business principals. They run their own desk, handle their own negotiations and have full support of graphic design and accounting departments to get the job done.

Key Responsibilities

•Field inquiries from customers via phone, online chat software, email and online orders and communicate effectively in various methods
•Business development by means of cross selling, up selling, asking for re-orders, and referrals
•Assess customer needs and develop proposals, quotes and strategies that fit customer requests
•Generate revenue by closing sales and processing credit card payments
•Act as sole point of contact for each customer and are responsible for providing quick and accurate answers and reliable service
•Develop, maintain and grow individual customer base
•Communicate with graphic design and suppliers effectively to produce orders that meet or exceed customer expectations
•Stay current with emerging industry trends and product/supplier developments

Minimum Job Requirements

•1 year of B2B sales or equivalent customer service experience
•Strong computer skills in a PC based system
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
