Responsibilities : Addressing issue with SLA (Laptop repairs, Server OS installation, Networking knowledge), Asset management, Vendor Management.
 
Required skills:
 
- Excellent knowledge of Desktop OS (Windows 7/8, Ubuntu and OS X) to Install, Configure and troubleshoot end user problems.
- Passionate about Customer Service
- Good knowledge of Networking, Cisco ASA firewalls, VPN and Switches
- Experience in Global 24x7 help desk
- Communicate with vendors and service providers to ensure all services are functioning normally and are cost effective.
