Responsible for developing great ideas and the supervision and guidance of the total creative effort of a number of copywriters and/or art directors.

The Project Director will take a lead role in planning and executing solutions for retail programs. This position is a client-facing leadership role, managing team members, third-party vendors and corporate retail partners.
Responsible for proofreading internal and external content; maintains consistency across brand identity and voice.

Provides administrative oversight and leadership for assigned brands and projects, including multiple large multi-faceted projects/accounts/campaigns. Partners with account team to develop and manage scope of work and staffing estimates for assigned brands and projects. Manage each assigned project from conception to completion, supervising a project manager and project coordinator as needed.
