Sales Development Specialist- Toronto

LinkedIn is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Development Specialist to join its Sales Development team. You will play a key role in driving new business for the Sales teams by qualifying leads and helping drive various outbound campaigns. You will work closely with LinkedIn’s world class Sales Teams. This is a great opportunity for a Sales Professional to work at a forward thinking company and advance their career.

The specialist will also provide support to the inside sales and account management teams as needed.


 
Responsibilities:
  • Leverage social selling tactics to engage with prospects regarding our products
  • Qualify and develop sales leads and respond to product inquiries
  • Run email campaigns to generate new sales prospects
  • Drive attendance for marketing campaigns and events
  • Complete accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers in
  • SalesForce.com
  • Work with upper level managers and directors to design region specific outbound efforts
  • Schedule demonstrations between Sales Representatives and potential customers
 
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years experience in Lead Generation, Sales, Marketing with online advertising & social media experience a plus
  • Experience working with SalesForce.com or other CRM
  • Strong phone and interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written) as well as organizational skills
  • Requires highly motivated individual with a competitive personality and strong attention to detail
  • Experience working and succeeding in a goal driven environment
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PPT)
  • Excellent academic qualifications; Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Fluency in English
