In this role, you will manage from 5 to 10 SaaS sales people, selling our Kony One application platform online directly to developers.  Your team will be responsible for generating revenue, developing new opportunities, building and managing pipeline, creating & executing account strategies, closing enterprise-level deals, and managing accounts nationwide. The ideal candidate will possess the intelligence and aptitude to position the benefits of Kony’s mobile application software to his/her team, the strategic thinking to support the team in driving a complex enterprise sales process, and be passionate about exceeding revenue expectations in a competitive market.

Requirements: 
  • An experienced SaaS Sales Manager with over 5 years managing SaaS teams of 5 people or more
  • Exemplary record of performance, consistently above plan
  • Adept at introducing, training and enforcing activity metrics
  • Positive, motivational style (master motivator)
  • Top notch communication, listening and interpersonal skills
  • Successful managing in a high octane sales environment
  • Must be able to manage a team through the complete sales cycle – from lead generation to closing
  • Technical aptitude
  • Open to relocation to the Orlando, FL, area (required)

• Assist in training the team in online product demos for qualified customers
• Forecast opportunities based upon realistic assessments
