QA Automation Engineer

Minted is looking for a QA Automation Tester.  As an automation engineer, you will support rest of the QA execution team through development of automated regression test scripts written in  as a core programming language and strong skills in implementing Selenese commands & Webdrivers


What you’d be doing :

  • Creating automated tests for the Minted web site and workflow systems

  • Be responsible for all of automated testing across our rapidly growing website.

  • Create automated scripts to thoroughly test features of the Minted web site, including commerce, community features, account management, and new features

  • Create automated scripts to test the internal Order Fulfillment workflow systems used by graphic designer employees

  • Manage a manual QA tester

  • Create high-level test plans for new features, and perform hands-on manual testing 1-2 days per week

  • Run automated tests, analyze tests results, localize confirm and report issues

  • Maintain and enhance automation framework system

  • Writing selenium tests for Minted.com, including features for community, commerce, and graphic designer workflow.

  • Closely work with development engineers to reproduce and resolve issues


What we are looking for :

  • QA experience in black box testing, white box testing, and automation testing

  • 2 years experience with selenium

  • Experience with selenium 2

  • Experience with Jenkins

  • 3 years experience performing QA for a user-facing site

  • Test automation experience with a desktop automation tool

  • Knowledge of bug tracking, version control and test cases control systems

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Experience working in Agile environment under tough timelines

  • Strong analytical, logical, problem recognition and solving skills
