Program Managers are responsible for strategic planning, execution and monitoring of a portfolio of projects or programs. As part of our Program Management Organization (PMO), the ideal candidate will be highly collaborative, develop stellar cross-functional relationships, and demonstrate strong technical skills and business acumen in order to successfully deliver in an agile environment.

  • Lead multiple cross-functional teams to successfully execute complex and diverse programs
  • Develop strong partnerships with technology and functional leaders to drive focus on the strategic program objectives and optimize program delivery
  • Translate business objectives into execution strategy (tactical and strategic), lead and successfully execute the strategy through strong collaboration and agile leadership.
  • Ensure data is collected to appropriately inform decision making for mitigating risks and resolving issues.
  • Create a collaborative environment that fosters transparency, agility, innovation and learning; promote continuous improvement.
  • Anticipate and aggressively remove obstacles that slow down or prevent programs from delivering on program objectives.
  • Provide “go to” leadership, transparency and visibility to the entire Technology & Product organization.
  • Innovate and contribute to the evolution of our Agile Program Management methodology.

Experience and Skills:
  • 5+ years of Project/ Program Management experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge and usage of standard project management concepts, practices and procedures including resource management. Advanced understanding of Agile Scrum methodology.
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills conducive to collaboration; able to work well in a cross-functional, matrix management environment.
  • The interpersonal skills to be able to articulate complex concepts, communicate those concepts, and facilitate meetings to develop the concepts in a fast paced technical environment
  • Ability to successfully collaborate with multiple technical and product functions  
  • Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives and technical and non-technical team members alike
  • Team oriented collaborative approach to problem solving and ability to mentor collaborative team building practices and methods
  • Ability to efficiently prioritize and manage tasks with high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines while being flexible and responding to changing business and technical conditions
