Responsibilities
  • Create, modify, and manage campaigns, emails, landing pages, and forms within Eloqua, including, but not limited to:
    • Uploading new images / headers
    • Opt out / Unsubscribes
    • List Imports/Uploads
    • List Pulls
    • Documentation
    • Onboarding /Account creation / Training
    • Termination response
    • Report help
    • Campaign support help
    • Monitoring and assignment of define marketing operation tasks/projects
    • Eloqua Program / Functionality troubleshooting
    • Bogus Data Monitoring
    • Contract end date updating
    • Manage various campaign reporting, in addition to, create ad-hoc lead management reporting
  • Subject matter expert responsible for basic E10 knowledge transfer
  • Manage weekly marketing ops pipeline metrics
  • Role could take on day-to-day management of Marketing Automation platform including report error issuances
  • Maintain Marketing Operations Service Management pipeline including updating records, assigning tasks and providing metrics
  • Create, edit and delete Eloqua users as needed
  • Be able to troubleshoot issues with Eloqua including campaign canvas
  • Own manual data sync between mission critical data bases
  • Maintain CAN-SPAM compliance for all outgoing emails
  • Analytical thinker
Desired Skills
  • Hands on, back end Eloqua experience (E10)
  • Understanding of CRM  (SFDC, Sugar, ZoHo etc.)
  • Understanding of contact and account data flows between AMS and CRM
  • Understanding of Campaigns, Emails, Landing Pages, Forms, Templates, Segments, Auto Synchs, Contact Management, User Management, Custom Objects, Reports, Discover & Engage
  • Knowledge of CAN-SPAM
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (Vlookups and pivot tables etc)
  • HTML a plus
  • Javascript a plus
  • BS or BA in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent field
