My Dentist, a rapidly growing dental practice management company delivering exceptional care to patients in more than 35 locations across Oklahoma, Missouri, Texas, Arkansas and Kansas, has an immediate opening for an experienced Office Manager at our North OKC office.  This position is based in North Oklahoma City and reports directly to the Regional Manager.
This position is a highly visible role encompassing P&L responsibility and management oversight of more than 15 staff members.  Office Managers are primarily responsible for providing operational and strategic leadership to all staff members in their assigned office and for ensuring the office achieves expected profit targets.  In addition to a competitive base salary and monthly performance-based incentives, My Dentist provides an array of comprehensive employee benefits, including health insurance, vision, dental, vacation, 401K, extensive training, career advancement opportunity and much more!
The ideal candidate will have a 4-year degree in a relevant field and a minimum of three (3) years of experience in comparable operational leadership roles, including recent demonstrated success in a supervisory position for a business comparable in size to My Dentist.  Dental experience is not required, but is preferred.
