MEDIA PLANNING SUPERVISOR
As a Media Planning Supervisor, you are responsible for the day-to-day management of media assignments at HAVAS MEDIA. You are also expected to maintain a high level of knowledge of your clients’ line of business (staying on top of industry trends, competitive, etc.). You organize/manage workflow; coordinating the Planners and Assistant Planners in order to fulfill all media planning, analysis and scheduling requests. To be most successful, you must be organized, sensitive, a trainer, a team player, and an initiator

Leadership
  • Demonstrates the ability to manage all media issues on a day-to-day basis at HAVAS MEDIA, between agency departments, and for the client.
  • Helps their Planners/Assistant Planners understand the client’s business.
  • Has an eye on training, especially relative to media research.
  • Is a fully informed and reliable source of information for their client.
  • With Group Account Directors, determine the growth path for Planners.
  • Act as a supervisory checkpoint for media documents on your accounts.
  • Expected to have considerable media depth in both print and broadcast, and to contribute to the department as a multi-dimensional and resourceful person.
