Senior Digital Media Planner

Essential Job Functions:
  • Responsible to ensure that the digital plans and reports (if applicable) and/or flowchart have been sent for reconciliation
  • With the guidlines set forth from the Planning and Buying Director creates the matrix that meets client and corporate objectives
  • Considering the KPI’s and the Measurement Plan established
  • Utilizing the reports available
  • Optimizing the client’s budget when determining the Media Mix
  • Works with specialists within the company in order to provide integrated solutions to clients
  • Addresses discrepancies with Finance and contact vendors if needed
  • Makes changes to the flowchart, if necessary
  • Responsible for the completion of the reconciliation process
  • Responsible for the coordination of asset production
  • Ensures coordination between the creative third party, vendor, media vendor and client when assets are being produced
  • Responsible for coordinating with the Traffic Manager during Adserving (Tag Creation)
  • Collaborates with the Traffic Manager when sending the tags to vendors and clients
  • Reviews with the Media Buyer all the documents that will be sent to the client
  • If preforming regional coordination duties:
  • Coordinate with Havas offices in Latin America and the Caribbean
  • Receives and bring solution to requests from clients and Havas network contacts in Latin America
  • Constant review of investment / consumption vs planned and reports to the Account Director and under the supervision of the Planning and Buying Director
  • To check the invoices pending billing
Required Experience:
  • Three to Five years of experience in Digital Media
  • Four to Six years experience working on multimedia campaigns
Skills and Competencies:
  • Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Profficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Knowledge of Finance Systems,Digital Trafficking tools, Research tools
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills
  • Strong ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Advanced knowledge of Digital Products and Services
