What to Expect
Interview Step
First round interviews for experienced professionals take place via telephone or at corporate headquarters in Houston. If you are invited back for second and subsequent rounds of interviews, you will meet with different Principals from the organization before a final hiring decision is made. During the interview process, we will look for you to demonstrate significant expertise and depth of experience in your particular professional area.
In addition, we will pay close attention to assessing your compatibility with the organization's culture.
