OVERVIEW:
Monitors and patrols assigned areas to provide a safe environment for guests and employees and to minimize opportunities for loss or damage.  Anticipates potential problems and reacts to disturbances and prohibited conduct.  Responds to emergency situations as needed.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school graduate.
Valid California Guard Card.
One year of security experience.
Fluent in English.
Posssess good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to follow directions thoroughly.
Ability to understand guest’s service needs.
Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data.
Possess Certification in CPR and first aid.
