The Role: Director of Product Management - Reporting and Analytics

Director of Product Management Reporting and Analytics is a full-time position primarily responsible for managing the full suite of reporting and analytics solutions for customers. You will engage internal and external stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements for all relevant features. You will own and represent the product roadmap and product strategy to the executive management team. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Product Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply industry expertise to assess and define the company-wide strategy for analytics, business intelligence, and reporting tools.
  • Compose and execute on a tactical roadmap that aligns tech, business and strategic company direction.
  • Identify opportunities to amplify user interface interactions through strategic placement of data. ie. Turn trafficking into a decision support system.
  • Work with executive team to adjust and tune priorities to achieve maximum business benefit
  • Create barriers-to-entry by launching innovative and high value business intelligence to our customers
  • Act as central point of escalation, decision making, and communications to enable successful team execution.
Requirements:
  • Several years of product management experience
  • Several years of relevant domain expertise: ad serving/ad network/online marketing technologies.
  • Several years experience working on large scale website reporting products.
  • Several years experience working on analytics and optimization algorithms preferred.
  • Hands on experience programming, managing, building websites preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a broad range of technical and business audiences
  • Excellent product documentation: prioritization/research, scopes, PRDs and roadmaps. Sample work will be requested.
  • Occasional international travel and communication is required
  • Multi-lingual skills a plus
  • Education:  BS or MS in CS, Math, Physics, EE.
