Online Marketing Associate

Indeed.com, the leading global search engine for jobs, is seeking an Online Marking Associate to perform in a marketing support role. We are looking for smart and analytical individuals who are net savvy and have an interest in learning online marketing.

As an Online Marketing Associate, you will position and promote Indeed.com’s products in our international markets. This is a full-time position or internship to full-time.

What you will do:
  • Assist the international team with getting the website ready for use in our markets
  • Analyze and monitor key users and main competitors
  • Help to identify and address regional localization concerns
  • Build and manage search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO) campaigns
  • Use internal and external analytics tools to improve our products and marketing efforts
  • Answer Internet-based inquiries from publishers, clients and customers (PR and CRM)
 
What you will learn:
  • Quality initiatives across multiple sites with Engineering, Product and Marketing teams
  • Knowledge of our proprietary software and systems
  • How to source and analyze research material
  • How to provide statistical support for marketing and sales efforts
  • How to influence the development of new and enhanced online support tools
  • Positive customer and cultural relations
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Current student or some college work preferred
  • Talented multi-tasker who can work independently and across functional teams
  • Detail oriented and extremely organized
  • Passion for digging into a problem and figuring it out
  • Exceptional follow-up skills
  • Strong computer application and Internet skills
  • Foreign language is a plus
