Online Country Marketing Associate - Native Dutch

Indeed.com, the leading global search engine for jobs, is seeking a new core member for our international team. We are looking for smart, native Dutch speakers, who are net savvy and passionate about learning online marketing. 

As a Country Marketing Associate (CMA) for the Netherlands, you will position and promote Indeed.com’s products in the Dutch market. These are done by making www.indeed.nl appealing to our Dutch users, ensuring that they get the most out of their job search experience. This is a full-time position, or internship to full-time, available for native Dutch speakers from the Netherlands with less than 4 years in U.S.

What you will do:
  • Serve as local hands-on country expert
  • Analyze and monitor key users and main competitors
  • Identify and address regional localization concerns
  • Build and manage search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO) campaigns
  • Use internal and external analytics tools to improve our products and marketing efforts
  • Answer Internet-based inquiries from publishers, clients and customers (PR and CRM)
  • Prepare the web-site for use in the Dutch market by managing the process from translations through review and final delivery
What you will learn:
  • Quality initiatives across multiple sites with Engineering, Product and Marketing teams
  • Knowledge of our proprietary software and systems
  • How to source and analyze research material
  • How to provide statistical support for marketing and sales efforts
  • How to influence the development of new and enhanced online support tools
  • Positive customer and cultural relations
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch, and comprehensive knowledge of the Dutch market
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills to recognize patterns and issues specific to the native market
  • Current student or some college work preferred
  • Talented multi-tasker who can work independently and across functional teams
  • Detail oriented and extremely organized
  • Passion for digging into a problem and figuring it out
  • Web analytics, Excel and SEM/SEO experience is a plus
