Responsibilities:
Develop methods for measuring and analyzing job search relevance
Mine large volumes of data to identify opportunities to improve user experience
Apply statistical techniques to model behavior and answer specific business questions
Understand advertising system to identify inefficiencies and improvements
Cross-functional responsibilities encompassing search, aggregation, advertising
Requirements:
Master's degree in Statistics or highly specialized quantitative MBA in quantitative methods
5 - 10 years of experience in a relevant area, such as the statistics, web analytics or quantitative research fields
Expertise using statistical analysis tools
Experience analyzing user behavior a plus (consumer web experience a plus)
Proficiency with databases and scripting languages
Familiarity with analysis of web traffic and usage patterns
