Associate Sales Manager, Vintage + Market Finds Vintage + Market Finds is seeking Associate Sales Managers to help build and grow our new marketplace. As a member of the Sales team, you will play an instrumental role in developing and maintaining relationships with our industry partners. You will also be responsible for identifying new partners, onboarding them into our system, and maintaining successful partnerships with them to ensure the continued growth of Vintage + Market Finds. Responsibilities: -Research and identify prospective antique and vintage dealers to feature in Vintage + Market Finds through online research, cold calling, and the attendance of antique shows and flea markets. -Vet new vendor applications by assessing their inventory assortment as a fit within the One Kings Lane brand. -Field inquiries from prospective and new vendors regarding every aspect of our business model and processes. -Create new vendor accounts and act as the primary point of contact for new vendors. -Liaise daily with the merchandising category team to ensure that inventory levels and assortments are in line with projections. -Maintain an awareness of industry trends and the competitive landscape. Experience: -Passionate about antique and vintage decorative arts, furniture, and flea market finds -Passionate about home decor with a strong sense of home trends in editorial, blogs, and retail -Familiarity and ties to antique dealers and industry professionals a plus -Previous sales experience a plus Requirements: -Highly communicative, with stellar written, verbal and interpersonal skills -Analytical with a strong interest in learning more about merchandising, e-commerce, and business development -Extremely detail oriented -Enthusiasm and aptitude for working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment: highly self-directed and results-oriented. -BA/BS -Must be able to maintain the utmost professionalism and grace even during difficult conversations
